You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to return items for a full refund or exchange.
Return Conditions

Pack the item securely and attach the returns label

Drop off at your local Post Office or arrange collection
Refunds
Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection. If approved:

Refunds are processed within 3-5 working days

Shipping costs are non-refundable (except for faulty items)
Exchanges
We offer free exchanges for size or colour. Contact us within 30 days of delivery to arrange an exchange.
